We've been hearing about the H1N1 flu virus (swine flu) for quite some time.  But that doesn't mean everything makes sense.  Now that this potentially deadly form of the flu is active, you might need some questions answered.

The most important thing you might want to know is where to get a flu shot.  Google has a flu shot finder and you can access it by clicking here .

For questions about the availability of the H1N1 flu vaccine in Allen County, check out the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health's web site by clicking here .  You can get up to date information dealing not only with the H1N1 virus, but the seasonal flu as well.  Plus there's lots of valuable information like "who should get the H1N1 vaccine?" and other common questions.

For information regarding the status of the H1N1 outbreak in Indiana, check out the Indiana State Department of Health's web site by clicking here .

The Centers for Disease Control has set up a web site dedicated to the H1N1 outbreak.  There you can track flu trends and get lots of other updated information.

You can also track flu trends around the world thanks to an interactive map put together by Google.
