FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Thursday is World Autism Awareness Day. It kicks off
activities around the globe to promote April as Autism Awareness
Month.
Today, some local restaurants will donate part of their sales to
Autism Speaks. All three Fort Wayne IHOP locations will
donate ten-percent of their sales between four-and-nine tonight.
Autism Speaks volunteers will also be at several local sporting
events this month. They're gearing up for Fort Wayne's Walk
Now for Autism, September 12th, at the Allen County Fairgrounds.
