FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Friday, September 14 is Blue Tie Day in Northwest Indiana to support prostate cancer awareness. One in six men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer and it is deadlier than breast cancer. For more information, click here .
If you and your co-workers are wearing a blue tie on Friday, send a photo of yourself or a group at the office to Amber Recker at arecker@cancer-services.org . The photos will be posted in Cancer Services of Northwest Indiana's blog.
The winning group photo with the most blue ties in it will receive blue “count moments” bracelets for their entire team.
