FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Directions:
For the cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding (3.4 oz.)
Mix together
Add 3/4 cup water. Mix well.
Add 3/4 cup oil. Mix well.
Add 4 eggs. Mix until smooth.
Pour into a 13" X 9" pan
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
For the glaze:
Mix together:
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup orange juice
Poke holes across the hot cake with a fork - leave about 1/4" between rows of holes.
Pour glaze into holes and around edges of cake. Let cool and ENJOY!
Nicholas' Tip: After cake cools, place it in the refrigerator before eating. The cake is best served cold.
