FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Rick Walters, co-founder of Fort Wayne's Smallest Winner, joined Drew Blair and Nicholas Ferreri on First News Sunday.
Rick has a degree in Exercise Physiology from University of South Florida. He started the Indiana State Bodybuilding Show in 1985 which is held at the Performing Arts Center every July.
