Free Pet Parenting Class

Fort Wayne, Ind. - It isn't always easy to know how to communicate with your pet.  Learn tips for housetraining a dog including crate training, deterring destructive chewing, teaching a dog to walk on a lease, how to correct jumping and other behavior concerns. 

Fort Wayne Department of Animal Care and Control offers a free, monthly Pet Parenting Class.  It is held at the facility on 3020 Hilligas Road from 6-7:30p.m.  The class is free to the public.  To learn about the next session or to sign up to attend, call Adoption Supervisor, Allison Miller at 260-427-5511 or email allison.miller@cityoffortwayne.org.
