Harding's Quinton Jones celebrates with teammates after the Hawks won the 4x100 relay.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Indiana Tech track and field is proud to announce the signing of Quinton Jones (Ft. Wayne, IN/Leo HS). Quinton is a multiple-time state qualifier formally at Harding High School.
During Quinton's time at Harding,he ran a lifetime best of 10.59 on his way to a 3rd place finish at the Indiana State meet. Quinton also ran summer track for the Fort Wayne Express track club.
Coach Edgar on Quinton: "We are very excited to have Quinton as part of the program. He will make an impact both on the conference and National level right away as a freshman. Coach Sharin did a great job with Quinton throughout the process and I have enjoyed getting to know him. I think his experience running the 400 in summer track will really improve his 200 times and should help him translate well to our program. I am very excited to see his impact next season."
Quinton plans to major in computer engineering at Indiana Tech.
